'A' Singles | 'B' Singles | 'C' Singles | 'D' Singles | 'E' Singles | 'A' Doubles | 'B' Doubles

The Stony Brook women's tennis team capped an outstanding tournament with four singles wins on Sunday. Senior Nini Lagvilava (Tbilsi, Georgia), freshman Jackie Altansarnai (Hinsdale, Ill.), sophomore Cassandra Dix (Northamptonshire, U.K.) and freshman Lisa Seyton (Paris, France) won their respective finals.

Lagvilava topped teammate and sophomore Polina Movchan (Kiev, Ukraine), 6-3, 6-1, in flight 'A'. Altansarnai ('B' flight) rallied to defeat teammate and freshman Becky Shtilkind (Brooklyn, N.Y.), 3-6, 7-5, 10-7. Dix cruised past Navy's Sam Droop, 6-4, 6-3 in flight 'C' and Seyton claimed a 6-4, 6-2 win over Army's Kelly Daniel in 'E'.

 

 

Altansarnai and Dix teamed at 'B' doubles to beat the Navy duo of Winter and Antill, 8-5.
