Cambridge, Mass. - Junior Mickey Cahill (Bay Shore, N.Y.) has been named America East Defender of the Week, the conference announced on Monday. Cahill had an outstanding 2010 opener as she made nine saves in Stony Brook's 10-9 loss to Colgate on Saturday.

Cahill and the Seawolves travel to Colorado for games against Denver and Duquesne on Thursday and Saturday, respectively.
