No. 10/9 Women's lacrosse faces Towson in NCAA First Round

This is Stony Brook's first NCAA Tournament appearance

2013: Synapse Sports All-Rookie...named to All-America East Second-Team...selected to America East All-Rookie squad...started all 19 games she played in during her freshman season...tallied 29 ground balls and 17 caused turnovers...controlled 10 draws...scored her first collegiate goal, won two draw controls and caused a turnover in her Seawolf-debut at Bucknell (2/16)...tallied a ground ball and caused turnover at Florida (2/20)...had two ground balls and caused one turnover at Central Connecticut (2/27)...caused two turnovers and picked up two ground balls at Duquesne (3/7)...caused three turnovers and picked up four ground balls in a start at defense as SBU allowed its fewest goals in a single-game in school history at Marist (3/13)...controlled one draw vs. Iona (3/20)...tallied one ground ball, one draw control and one caused turnover at Siena (3/24)...tallied two ground balls and two caused turnovers in a start at defense to help SBU match its program record for fewest goals allowed in a single game (2) vs. Fresno State (3/26)...started at defense and helped SBU match its school record for fewest goals allowed in a single game (2) vs. Albany (3/30)...registered two ground balls, one draw control and one caused turnover at UMBC (4/6)...tallied one ground ball and one draw control at UNH (4/13)...picked up a game-best five ground balls and caused one turnoveras Stony Brook clinched the top-seed in the conference championship and a share of the regular season title vs. BU (4/21)...had one ground ball vs. Vermont in America East Semifinals (5/3)...tallied a ground ball and caused a turnover vs. Albany as Stony Brook won its first-ever America East title and punched its first ticket to the NCAA Tournament (5/5).


High School: Played four years of varsity lacrosse at Shoreham-Wading River High School...was named All-American and All-County in 2012, named All-County in 2010 and All-Tourney in 2009 all in lacrosse...led team to State Championship in 2009, 2010, and 2012... also lettered in field hockey, cross country and basketball.
