Stony Brook Arena Select-A-Seat process to take place June 9-20

Stony Brook, N.Y. - Just six months away from the 2014-15 men's & women's basketball seasons tipping off at brand new Stony Brook Arena, Stony Brook is announcing that it will be holding its Select-A-Seat process June 9-20 in person at the arena, by phone and online.

Season ticket holders and fans who put down a deposit prior to Jan. 1 have already been notified of the Select-A-Seat process and will choose their seats in the order based on their Seawolves Points total from highest to lowest.

Every person involved in the process will be assigned a 10-minute block between June 9 and 20. The most recommended method is to come to the arena during the designated appointment time and choose seats. For fans who cannot physically make it to the arena during that appointment time can also choose online (instructions will be sent via email) or by phone. In addition, fans will be able to track online which seats are available and which have been taken prior to their appointment time.

Fans interested in purchasing season tickets and being a part of the Select-A-Seat process can still do so by calling (631) 632-7142 or emailing seawolvestickets@stonybrook.edu. Season tickets begin at just $150 a seat for men's basketball and $65 a seat for women's basketball, each based on a one-year commitment. Fans can receive discounts on all sections at Stony Brook Arena if they commit to a two-year plan.
