Cambridge, Mass. - Senior Kyle Belton (Langley, British Columbia) of the Stony Brook men's lacrosse team has been named America East Player of the Week, the conference announced on Monday. Belton tallied a career-high five goals, including the game winner, to lift the Seawolves past Albany, 12-11.

Belton scored four of his five goals in the first half, but saved his best for last. He scored with eight seconds left off a feed from junior Jeff Tundo (Orchard Park, N.Y.) to clinch Stony Brook's third straight America East Championship.
