About the Game
The Stony Brook men's lacrosse team will look to rebound from Saturday's season-opening loss against Marist when they travel to face Lafayette Tuesday afternoon.  The Seawolves are 9-1 all-time against the Leopards.

Scouting Lafayette
The Leopards, who were picked to finish seventh in the Patriot League, knocked off Georgetown, 11-10, in overtime on Saturday.  John Floyd scored the game winner 1:38 into overtime.  Jake Mann and Brian Brock had two goals apiece and Jake Hyatt totaled 16 saves.  Lafayette overcame an 8-3 first-half deficit, outscoring the Hoyas, 8-2, in the second half.

Last Time Out
Despite three goals apiece from freshman Brody Eastwood (Victoria, British Columbia) and senior Jeff Tundo (Orchard Park, N.Y.), the Stony Brook men's lacrosse team dropped its season opener at Marist, 13-9.


 

 

Freshman Matt Schultz (Smithtown, N.Y.) added two goals and junior Cole Millican (Weston, Fla.) added a career-high three assists.

Stony Brook had leads of 4-0 and 8-5. The Seawolves held an 8-6 lead at halftime, but scored only one goal in the second half.
