Stony Brook claims America East Rookie of the Year for the fourth consecutive season.

2013: Played 56 games in his freshman season...hit a team-best .333 with 17 RBI...finished fifth in America East in average and was second the conference in base hits (70)...named Louisville Slugger Freshman All-America, America East Rookie of the Year, first-team All-America East and America East All-Rookie...delivered two hits and his first collegiate RBI vs. San Diego (3/3)...went 4-for-5 with two RBI and a stolen base and fell just short of the cycle with a double, triple and two singles vs. Binghamton (3/23)...named America East Rookie of the Week on March 25 after he hit 8 for 15 (.533) in four games over the week...saw his 18-game hitting streak come to an end at Albany (4/6)...posted another 4-for-5 game, this time at Iona (4/9)...was 2-for-4 with two runs scored vs. Hartford (4/13)...collected three hits and drove in the winning run in SB's 1-0 victory at Maine (4/21)...was 3-for-5 with an RBI and two runs scored in win at Binghamton (4/28)...went 3-for-5 and drove in the winning run in SB's 5-3 comeback victory vs. Albany (5/11)...garnered his third four-hit game of the season, going 4-for-5 vs. Sacred Heart (5/15)...hit .385 (5-for-13) with four runs scored at Hartford series (5/17-18).
