2013: Paced the men's squad with a third-place finish in 19:17.16 to help the Seawolves capture first at the Stony Brook Opener (8/31)...placed 63rd out of 146 runners in 25:47 at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown (9/27)...finished first among Seawolves and 30th out of 272 runners in 24:37 at the Princeton Invitatonal (10/19)...picked up all-conference honors with a seventh-place finish in 25:13.27 at the America East Championship meet (11/2)...recorded a 10k time of 31:53.40 and was 73rd out if 255 participants at the NCAA Regional Championships (11/15).
2011: Finished 22nd at the Leeber Invitational (27:54) ... placed 298th at the Paul Short Run (26:54) ... took 13th at the Central Connecticut Invitational (15:47) ... finished 65th at the America East Championships (26:33.89) ... took 191st at the NCAA Regional Championships (35:25.7).
High School: A four-year letterwinner for coach Jeff Dempsey at Suffern High School ... team captain as a senior.
