Recap the week that was in Stony Brook Athletics.

2013: Finished second in 14:44.84 at the Stony Brook Opener (8/31)...finished ninth in 17:29 at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown hosted by Boston College (9/27)...clocked in at 20:50 and placed 69th out of 288 runners to pace the Seawolves at the Wisconsin Invitational (10/19)...crowned individual champion and picked up all-conference honors with a first-place finish in 17:30.14 at the America East Championship meet (11/2)...collected All-Region accolades for the second consecutive season with a 15th-place finish in a season-best 6k time of 20:41.80 at the NCAA Regional Meet (11/15).

2012: America East Cross Country Scholar-Athlete...USTFCCCA All-Academic.

2011: America East All-Academic Team ... All-Conference Team ... finished second at the Stony Brook Season Opener (13:54) ... placed 64th at the Notre Dame Invitational (17:54) ... took 167th at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (21:41) ... finished ninth at the America East Championships (17:22.55) ... took 44th at the NCAA Regional Championships (21:55.1).

2010: Competed in six meets ... placed 11th in the Boston College Invitational (18:16) ... took 83rd at the Notre Dame Invitational (17:54) ... finished 132nd at the Pre-National Meet (22:05.5) ... placed 12th at the America East Championships (18:00.40) ... took 120th at the NCAA Regionals (22:25.7) ... finished 181st at the NCAA Championships (22:36.6).
