Stony Brook head football coach Chuck Priore announced the Seawolves' 2014 recruiting class on Wednesday.

In all, the class includes 16 high school student-athletes who signed National Letters of Intent, two Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) transfers and a junior-college transfer.

The class also includes players from seven different states, including Marc Nolan, who only is the third player from the state of Georgia (Alex Waitkus, 2002-03; Armand Poole, 2010) to play for Stony Brook.

All five of the Seawolves' Long Island recruits were first team All-Long Island selections.

"I'm really pleased with the balance of this year's class," Priore said. "Our staff did a great job identifying and recruiting quality student-athletes. I'm really looking forward to spring practice and the start of our second year in the CAA."
