Enzo Zucconi was named director of equipment operations at Stony Brook University in June 2006. Zucconi comes to Stony Brook after a 16-year stint as the head equipment manager at Columbia University. While at Columbia, he was responsible for complete inventory of athletics supplies and equipment, preparation of equipment and supply items for bid, as well as purchasing, issuing, laundering, fitting, and repairing equipment. Before his time at Columbia, Zucconi spent three years as the equipment manager and events coordinator at Adelphi University. A graduate of St. John's University where he received his bachelor's degree in athletic administration, Zucconi received his masters in physical education along with receiving a certificate in sport management from Adelphi University. |
